How do you solve passivation on your ER batteries£¿

Our engineer has developed a new electrolyte which can postpone passivation for a year, especially for the High discharge-rate batteries, so-called 'M' type. 

I see that you have a middle discharge rate and High
discharge rate. What is the difference between these two types..£¿

When running discharge current is more than 5C,we call it 'high discharge rate"; otherwise we say 'middle discharge rate' or less.

Are there any issues with charging the NIMH batteries (2 * 10AH) in parallel.£¿

There is some effect on batteries although the cells are specially design, to solve this issue, we are developing batteries with 16Ah and 20Ah as capacity, depends on the market demand

The discharge rate for the 10NIMHPM30 is 5C. However, the discharge rate for the 10NiMHpM40 appears to be 12C, which is much better for ECar applications.£¿

As we know, the transient current needs to be strong enough to start a EV, the rate is normally 12C, that is ,the current is 480A,but the 30Ah 's rate is 5C , that is, the current is 150A, so the 40AH battery is used for EV.  

Due to the less current, 30Ah' is normally applied in motor-bike, or whatever similar.

How do you assure the safety of Li-Mon2 batteries£¿

We have PTC to prevent out short-cut and use special imported separator to cut off current when there is inner short-cut. 

What's the delivery time from China to this end, for small (1,000~10,000 pieces) and large(+100,000)orders£¿

[Our production capacity is 300 thousand pieces per day, for small(1,000~10,000 pieces) order, we can make delivery three days after receipt of T/T in advance or L/C at sight, for large(+100,000)orders, we normally need 12 days.
